- The SHC10AU small storage water heater has a pressurised (sealed unvented) 10 litre 700kPa enamlled lined steel tank with a replaceable corrosion protection anode.
- Equipped with an ajustable thermostat 30° to 60°
- A copper tubular element of 1.5kW~230V which heats its 10 litres to maxium temperature in 18 mintues.
- A ¾ temperature / pressure safety valve connection directly into the tank.
- The unit has polystyrene insulation & only consumes 0.5 kWh’s of power over 24 hours in standby mode.
- The water flow through the unit must not exceed 10L/min for best performace.
- A three pin earthed plug or earthed isolator switch must be installed onto the electrical wire for power.

SHC saves space
An SHC mini-tank frees up precious space while providing plenty of hot water for hand washing or kitchen applications. Why store 30 or more gallons of hot water when 6, 4, or even 2.5 gallons are sufficient?
SHC saves water and electricity
Plumbed with cold water and used as a stand-alone supply of hot water, or plumbed with hot water from a remote tank to minimize delays, an SHC always delivers hot water when needed. By putting hot water right where it is used, pipe runs are minimized and water and energy use reduced. The smaller tank coupled with superb insulation reduces stand-by losses especially when compared with larger tank-type water heaters.
